Summary: | Based on the assumption that the scene structure consists of a set of planar surface patches and the algorithm of planar graph cuts, a novel stereo matching algorithm is presented in this paper using 3D-Hough transformation. Unlike current stereo matching algorithm, our method provides a quite fast and robust plane fitting resolution that can enhance the reliability of each disparity model. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in obtaining precise and smooth disparity image. |
