Summary: | The authors present circuit techniques that capitalize on the strengths of contemporary analog BiCMOS technologies and that show promise for the realization of high-performance video-rate continuous-time filters. BiCMOS technology offers many advantages for the design of demanding high-frequency IC filters. Integrator, transconductor, and Miller-stage designs are illustrated that exploit these advantages, as well as a biasing technique for stabilizing filter performance over temperature changes.< > |
