Summary:A novel audio watermarking method with time domain processing is proposed for copyright protection of audio signals. A scheme of adaptive watermark embedding is used, in which the watermark is a significant binary image and adaptively embedded according to the amplitude of audio signals. A novel scheme for detecting watermarks is presented with linear predictive coding (LPC), which does not use the original signal whilst extracting the watermark so the reliability of detecting the watermark is improved. Experimental results show that the watermark is imperceptible and the algorithm is robust to many attacks, such as low pass filter, resampling and so on.
