Structural properties and ionic conductivities of CuCr1-xVxS2 solid solutions
In the Cu(1 – x)CrxVS system CuCr1–xVxS2 solid solutions isostructural with CuCrS2 and Cu3VS4 were found by replacement of Cr by V up to x = 0.20. The oxidation states of Cr and V were determined from structural data and paramagnetic susceptibility measurements. The CuCr1–xVxS2 solid solutions were...

Summary: | In the Cu(1 – x)CrxVS system CuCr1–xVxS2 solid solutions isostructural with CuCrS2 and Cu3VS4 were found by replacement of Cr by V up to x = 0.20. The oxidation states of Cr and V were determined from structural data and paramagnetic susceptibility measurements. The CuCr1–xVxS2 solid solutions were found to have mixed electronic and Cu+‐cationic conductivity. Copper cationic conductivity increases with increasing unit cell size. |
