Enhancement of acoustoelectric interaction in semiconductors

The enhancement of acoustoelectric (AE) interaction in semiconductors produced by surface acoustic waves (SAW) is analyzed theoretically and observed experimentally. The illumination of Laser beam onto the crystalized-semiconductor has increased the AE interaction noticeably.
