Investigation of laser-induced damage in multilayer film under simultaneous exposure to different wavelength pulse

The surface laser induced damage threshold of the samples with the combination of 355 nm and 1064 nm, 532 nm and 1064 nm were investigated, the result shows that the external 1064 nm energy can reinforce the damage of the multilayer films.
