Coupling of a Metasurface with Two Non-Coplanar and Inter-Perpendicular Graphene Nanoribbon Arrays

A graphene metasurface is proposed and investigated. Through the analysis of the light field, the formation mechanism of the spectral splitting is attributed to the coupling between localized and delocalized graphene surface plasmon polaritons.
