Summary:This paper presents a design of a wideband rectenna array for energy harvesting applications. The array is composed by 4 Vivaldi antenna elements with operation in the range from 1GHz to 3GHz and built-in rectifier circuits. The rectenna array provides a range of coverage of 360° and good performance of DC output voltage to feed high impedance circuits. The rectenna array was simulated and fabricated to probe its performance.
