Summary:In this respect, an improved CVM is developed to deal with the deficiency of the traditional CVM by defining the absolute optimal alternative (AOA) and the absolute pessimal alternative (APA) which function as a stable benchmark space so that each evaluation problem of the alternatives becomes relatively independent and the problem of reverse order is effectively avoided as well as the situation the calculation formula of close value is divided by zero. Additionally, in this paper, the Euclidean distance of close value is replaced by the Hamming distance, in this way, the close value formula will be simplified, and its analysis and calculation are to be facilitated.
