Summary:The present study focuses on determining the impact of this educational disruption on the academic performance of students of the business administration career at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL) face-to-face modality.The methodological approach used in this work is quantitative. The information of 298 students and the Results show that academic performance improved in times of pandemic in this student population, which means that the strategies applied were appropriate and positively influenced the learning of professionals in training.
