Optical Resonance Conditions of Coupled Cavity VCSELs

DC measurements of differential resistance are used to identify resonance conditions in coherent 2x1 VCSEL arrays. Enhancement of small-signal modulation bandwidth and RIN and self-oscillation is demonstrated.
