Summary:This paper presents the development of a configurable power system for testing of magnetic devices. The proposed system allows the generation of power signals of voltage and current for inductors of the basic DC-DC converters with different user-defined parameters when operating at high frequency pulse width modulation and square waveforms. One asymmetrical three-level converter and two bidirectional DC-DC converters compose this system. A theoretical analysis is presented as well as the main design equations and the control scheme. In order to validate the proposed system, simulation and experimental are presented.
