Summary:Abnormal crowd behavior detection has been an important research field in video surveillance. Although recently there are some research on the evolution of crowd behavior in online social network, there is very limited knowledge in video surveillance. In the paper, we study the evolution of crowd behavior in surveillance video. Our study will reveal the evolutionary pattern in different density crowd scenes and provided a valuable method for further analysis.
