Summary:The paper proposes a methodological approach to the human resource management (HRM) decisions issues. It shows the specific features of HRM tasks, which are identified as multi-criteria analysis and decision-making in a fuzzy environment. The generalized conceptual model of decision-making problems of HRM is presented. We propose modified TOPSIS method to ensure adaptability of decision support in HRM tasks. This method considers an inclusion of two more additional steps into the decision-making algorithm. The first phase eliminates the hierarchical structure of the criteria. And the second phase ensures the introduction of the experts evaluation coefficients to the algorithm.
