Summary: | The chemical components from benzene/ethanol extractives of fresh Castanopsis fissa wood were separated and identified by GC/MS after enriched. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. 18 compounds representing 83.52% of the extractives were identified. The main and abundant constituents were 2-furancarboxaldehyde, 5-(hydroxymethyl)-(22.45%), D- mannose(19.61%), vitamin E(7.02%), 1,2,3-benzenetriol (5.95%), tributyl phosphate (3.89%), 4h-pyran-4-one, 2,3-dihydro-3,5- dihydroxy-6-methyl-(3.48%), 9,12,15 -octadecatrienoic acid, 2- [(trimethylsilyl)oxy] -1- [ [(trimethyl silyl)oxy] methyl] ethyl ester, (z,z,z)- (3.41%), 1-gala-l-ido-octose (2.95%), 1,2- benzenedicarboxylic acid, dibutyl ester(2.49%), phenol, 2,6- dimethoxy-4-(2-propenyl)- (2.12%), N-hexadecanoic acid (2.15%), 2-hexadecen-l-ol, 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-, [r-[r*,r*-(e)]]- (2.02%), 2,6,10,14,18,22-tetracosahexaene, 2,6,10,15,19,23- hexamethyl- (1.70%), l-glucose(1.40%), 6-acetyl-a-d-mannose (1.02%), and so on. The most components of benzene/ethanol extractives of fresh Castanopsis fissa are not only abundant and healthy to human, but used as bioenergy. |
