Summary:The Out-put Window is an important component of the gyrotrons which are be applied to heat the reaction particles in magnetic confinement fusion system. A diamond Out-put Window was accomplished several weeks ago. The S Parameters and dielectric losses of the diamond disc which was made by DCVCDs were measured. The \mathbf{S}_{\mathbf{21}} is between-0.02 dB to -0.05dB and The relative dielectric constant loss tangent between \mathbf{9}\times \mathbf{10}^{-\mathbf{4}} to \mathbf{9}\times \mathbf{10}^{-\mathbf{5}} . The thermal simulation of the disc was complete by ANSYS. The temperature in the center area of the window is reaching to 180.19 °C and 238.65 °C respectively On the conditions of output power of 600KW and 800KW. A thin film titanium alloy was metallized along the edge of disc. The diamond Out-put Window was brazed by cooper-siler alloy at the temperature of 820 °C.
