Summary:As a bridge between the power distribution system and distributed energy, microgrid plays a crucial role in the access of renewable energy and the stable operation of the electric power system. The study of microgrid structure is the basis of microgrid construction, operation, control and protection. Firstly, a new classification method of microgrid is proposed according to its network structure characteristics. Secondly, the typical structure of microgrid is analyzed, including the operation mode, architecture scale, power supply reliability, micro source type and application scope of microgrid. Thirdly, several microgrid application scenarios are analyzed based on the classification of typical microgrid structures. Finally, Combined with microgrid engineering projects, It can be concluded that the typical microgrid structure summarized in this paper has some practical significance for future microgrid engineering construction.
