Summary:With the reform of the user side of the electricity market and the implementation of the new peak-valley TOU mechanism, it has become a new business model for load aggregators to integrate decentralized flexible resources to participate in the demand response business of the electricity market. However, the uncertainty of the user participation in the demand response restricts the development of this model. Firstly, the flexible load is classified and modeled. Secondly, according to the energy demand of different types of flexible load users based on consumer psychology, the multiple satisfaction of electricity consumption is defined to reflect the uncertainty of user participation in demand response. Finally, the scheduling decision model is constructed with the goal of maximizing the revenue of load aggregator. The example analysis shows that the strategy can improve the enthusiasm of users to participate in demand response while ensuring the profit of load aggregators.
