Summary:This paper introduces the development ideas and software and hardware requirements of the teaching information service platform in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the overall design of a university information resource sharing platform based on Internet and with large database as the core. The system uses the latest Internet/Intranet technology to realize the integration and sharing of teaching resources between different schools. Then a general scheduling model is proposed to solve the scheduling problem between resource center and user task in distributed sharing system of educational resources. The correctness of the proposed algorithm is proved by simulation experiments. It shortens the user's working cycle and improves the system's working efficiency.
