Summary:In this paper, the Direction of Arrival (DoA) of incident signals over the full azimuthal range is estimated with no direction ambiguity by the Time Modulated Circular Array (TMCA) employing the MUltiple SIgnal Classification (MUSIC) algorithm. The directions of multiple sources can be determined from the MUSIC spatial spectrum. The Mean Square Error (MSE) of the estimation approaches zero at high SNR. The Monte-Carlo simulations are exploited to demonstrate the accuracy of the method. The results are compared to the direction finding method based on the conventional Uniform Circular Array (UCA) with MUSIC algorithm.
