Summary:Currently, different operation modes of electrical centralization systems are being introduced on the sorting hills to ensure the safety wagons movement at the sorting station. It is an urgent issue to improve the control method of the car deceleration mechanism on the sorting hill. In this scientific study, the control and control method of the deceleration mechanism of the car on the sorting hill is improved by means of modeling and microprocessor control method. By calculating the weight, speed and wheel pairs of the car deceleration mechanism, it is possible to use this display to show the exact time to decelerate the cars. The transmission of signals is carried out in units with built-in microprocessors, which transmit the results to the control computer through high-speed digital communication lines. In this scientific paper, it is possible to combine several devices into a local network to reduce communication lines. A wireless method of connection with electrical centralization for control and monitoring of the wagon retarder mechanism has been improved. By implementing this method, as a result of reducing the intervals according to the weight and speed of the wagons on the sorting hill, the automation of the wagon deceleration mechanism is achieved, and the capacity of the sorting station is increased.
