Summary:An Autonomous Mobile Navigation Robot in unknown environments using the HQ stereo cameras and the RPLIDAR sensors to increase recognition accuracy is presented. The paper focuses on the identification and recognition of objects and obstacles in unknown environments starting from the data coming from the duality of the Raspberry Pi HQ type stereo cameras with Sony IMX477 sensor and the RPLIDAR A3 laser sensor. Applying the duality, technological and informational at the level of perception, based on advanced techniques, the results led to improved performance of the autonomous mobile navigation robot (AMNR). The experimental tests in the present research show improved object recognition, evidenced by the distance approximation, accuracy increase and the distance measurement error to obstacles decreased.
