Summary:Aiming at the research needs in the formulation of the current maintenance strategy plan for relay protection equipment, the maintenance decision-making method based on the reliability evaluation results is proposed. Considering the comprehensive factors of economy and safety, the method takes the maximum reduction value of the comprehensive risk indicator of the protection system before and after the maintenance as the optimization goal, and combines other constraints of the relay protection equipment maintenance to generate the best relay protection equipment maintenance strategy with economic and safety concern. In addition, this paper also establishes a complete process of comprehensive decision-making of maintenance strategy for relay protection equipment, which assists maintenance planners to make more reasonable maintenance decisions, and better ensures the safe operation of the power grid.
