Summary:Over the last two decades, the relevant literature has focused a lot on the human intelligence of (EI) and the machine intelligence of AI. The present research integrates these two schools of thinking and examines how employee retention and productivity are impacted by mental agility and artificial intelligence. How successfully individuals execute tasks during their internal and external services contacts with clients and colleagues, respectively. These interactions may take place either internally or outside and are categorized as either internal or external. The research demonstrates that emotive artificial intelligence has a major effect on both the performance of employees and their retention rates.
