Summary:In view of the impact mechanism of big data resources on the performance of enterprises' digital transformation, this paper, based on the resource-based theory, divides the big data capability into three dimensions: resource integration capability, deep analysis capability and application capability. Through empirical analysis of 225 effective sample data of manufacturing enterprises, we found that: big data resources, two dimensions of big data capability (resource integration capability and application capability) and transformational leadership behavior positively affect the performance of digital transformation; Big data capability and transformational leadership have a chain mediating effect between big data resources and digital transformation performance. This paper theoretically enriched the research on the impact of big data resources on the performance of digital transformation; In practice, it is clear that enterprises should improve their big data capabilities and leadership to promote their digital transformation performance.
