Summary:A "medical case" of MOA local heating defect in production practice is described in detail: through detailed data, maps and photos, the condition based maintenance theory based on equipment life cycle management is combined with engineering practice, and analyzed and studied from five links: condition perception, diagnosis and evaluation, strategy formulation, power outage maintenance and measure feedback. It can provide experience reference for MOA technical supervision of substation operation and maintenance management personnel and technical technicians, and improve MOA fault detection rate. It can also provide fresh expression samples of equipment state laws for scientific researchers such as MOA fault intelligent diagnosis, state evaluation method of multi information fusion big data analysis, machine deep learning algorithm or digital twin technology, which is conducive to the deep integration of expert experience and knowledge in the process of equipment design, manufacturing and operation and maintenance with digital twins.
