Summary:In order to solve the problem that the traditional bus does not properly take into account the interests of passengers, enterprises and the cooperation between bus and rail, a multi-variable, three-objective and double-constraint elastic departure interval model based on NSGA-III (Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-III) algorithm is proposed. Firstly, under the constraints of departure interval and full load rate, the optimization model with three minimum objectives of passenger waiting time cost, transfer waiting time cost and enterprise operating mileage cost was established. Secondly, the Pareto frontier was screened by NSGA-III algorithm of platEMO platform in MATLAB. Finally, taking Chongqing 108 line as an example, the optimal elastic departure interval is calculated. The results show that the algorithm is effective in bus scheduling and the model has strong practicability.
