Summary:The depletion of oil fields and environmental concerns have led to an increased focus on renewable energy sources (RES). However, traditional power stations face obstacles and reliability issues due to the intermittent nature of these sources. To overcome this, researchers have developed various electronic converter controls. This paper proposes a converter control strategy based on the direct power control (DPC) method, coupled with a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller using the HILL CLIMBING (HC) algorithm. The system was tested using photovoltaic generators and Matlab Simulink, yielding promising results.
