Summary:This paper proposed a new collaborative operation strategy and heterogeneous resource aggregation modeling based on digital technology for the three-layer distributed dispatch framework. The method has the characteristics of rapid response and reduced regulation cost. To real-time reflect the characteristics and operating status of demand-side resources, data-driven techniques were utilized to implement system modeling and optimization. Furthermore, a power prediction model was proposed that combines GA-BP neural networks with a similar day algorithm, which can accurately calculate the aggregate potential of distributed resources. Two case studies are conducted to illustrate the feasibility and practical application potential of the proposed modeling method and control strategy.
