Summary: | Based on the Yunnan tobacco intelligent financial platform project, this paper expounds the application of robotic process automation (RPA) technology in the field of financial office automation and the natural language process (NLP) technology to improves the RPA technology. This paper deeply excavates the needs of multiple business scenarios in the field of financial office automation, including business query intelligence, tobacco marketing query intelligence, business voice intelligent guidance etc.. RPA technology is used to realize the automatic execution of multiple workflow such as business automatic query and business intelligent filling, and a variety of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are combined, such as voice recognition, text semantic analysis, text intelligent question answering etc., to explore humanized business interaction, intelligent semantic understanding, and automated business operations. This paper focuses on the combination of AI and robot automation technology, and builds an intelligent management system with AI as the central analysis module and RPA as the execution module to meet the needs of interactive humanization, business automation and intelligence of the intelligent financial management platform. |
