Summary:The data acquired by the Microwave Radiation Imager (MWRI) on the FengYun-3D(FY3D) satellite has been affected by numerous degradation factors, leading to a decrease in spatial resolution. Due to the irreversible high-frequency information degradation that occurs during the degradation process, existing spatial resolution enhancement methods are unable to perfectly restore the high-frequency information of the raw measurements. In this paper, instead of single-stage approaches, a multi-stage approach is proposed to handle MWRI's image restoration problem, which enables the gradual recovery of high-frequency information. Experiments performed using simulated and actual MWRI data demonstrate the method's convenience and effectiveness.
