Summary: | The design of high-voltage power cable supports needs to consider complex factors, especially in long-distance ultra-high voltage cable projects with a voltage of 110kV and above, and it is even more necessary to carry out refined design research of supports based on the actual needs of the project. Starting from the requirements of a particular 220kV cable line project in Suzhou, based on analyzing the requirements at different stages of cable laying, operation, and maintenance, this paper proposes calculation formulas and values for various loads on the 220kV high-voltage cable support. Based on this, the support of the 220kV high-voltage cable in the project is finely designed. Finally, the internal support layout is optimized and analyzed using finite element software to optimize the stress distribution inside the support and improve its safety and reliability, providing a basis for the construction of the project. |
