Summary:This paper presents a general method of fault simulation based on Modelica language, which can support unified description, cross injection, simulation solution and feature checking for multi-domain fault mechanism in complex systems. This method supports the extraction modelling of general fault models, which can be combined with the specific characteristics of multi-level parameters to form a more complete product model library. Based on different fault features, the basic model and general algorithm of fault feature recognition are established, so as to form a complete support for fault simulation process. Finally, taking rocket engine as the object, one simulation case is built to verify the correctness and practicability of the project model and algorithm.
