Summary:We consider reconfiguration of a rotorcraft flight control system at failures in actuating subsystem and the action of disturbances. The reconfigured control laws obtained both by modelbased method and by data-based method are introduced. The aim of reconfiguration is to reach the desirable states on each discrete step which correspond to the normal flight mode without failures. Methods for the optimal solution of linear matrix equations, which form the mathematical basis of the solutions obtained, are given. On the example of a high speed rotorcraft lower-order dynamics linear model a comparison of databased reconfiguration methods with modelbased methods is carried out and their performance under the disturbances is confirmed.
