Crude oil and gas offered by vehicles in fuel filling stations have combustion and explosion disadvantages, heavy accidents and economic demand situations are often created by fire. This method is about crude oil and gaseous fire risk, fueling process and causalities, and their appropriate fire precaution measures possess good ideologies for reducing refueling stations fire losses, and ensuring the safety of the station and around the area. Vehicle fueling stations have another name of oil pump areas, gas pressurizing stations, engine oil finally gas filling stations, is an example to the place providing fuel for vehicle. Common vehicle refueling bunks include oil filling bunks, LPG bunks, natural gas like bio gas stuffing bunks, liquified natural gas stuffing bunks, engine oil and gas stuffing bunks and there are many examples like this. Since 2007, Russia have 93,875 crude oil stuffing bunks, that needs international and domestic people. in accordance with increase in Russia's dependence in many countries' foreign supplied energies, which also increases the surface pressure protection, the nation promotes automobile industry, and simultaneously urban gas filling station is also increased. Starting in the year of 1998 to 2003, quantity of international and domestic gas bunks raises from 132 to 714, when it also leads to the increase of 449%, among, the yearly average raise rate of compressed natural gas is about 34%, the average raise of liquified petroleum gas is about 32%. The crude oil's highest achievement Petro Russia which covers 81% of the total markets share of bio natural gas market sets more than 5250 LPG refueling stations around Russia. Crude oil and gaseous liquids are raised by automobile stuffing stations has the characteristics of major explosions by station contributes high danger alerts. In the way to simulate automobile fueling bunks are settled up in nearly too highly populated areas, which tends to high loss and great economic impact will be occurred once accidents are created by the explosion.
