Summary:Due to the impact of Industry 4.0, Industries requirements changed into operational efficiency with lower cost. This paper introduces the integration of PLC with Factory I/O 3D Simulation software for easy installation of different warehouses and industries. Using PLC programming accomplishes this. This paper focus on sorting of the objects based on height. PLC and Factory I/O makes it easier to create virtual environment. Based on the height, provides the instruction for little objects to the left and large objects to the right. This reduces error, saves time and improves efficiency in the world of automation.
