Summary:In the information age, advances in decryption technology have made it easier for image information to be stolen, tampered with, and subjected to other malicious actions during the information transmission process. In this study, a hyperchaotic time series based on fuzzy brain emotional learning controller is proposed to realize synchronizttion, and the chaotic masking technology is applied to encrypt and decrypt the image. Simulation results demonstrate that the FBEL controller can attain a high level of synchronization accuracy for the hyperchaotic system. Meanwhile, security test of encrypted images is carried out through distribution histogram, correlation coefficient analysis of adjacent pixels, ciphertext information entropy analysis, etc. Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that, in comparison to traditional image encryption technology, this approach offers superior security performance and fulfills the requirements of secure communication.
