Summary:For the purpose of getting more bandwidth of one-fed circularly polarized patch antennas, a technique triple-band operation via capacitive slot loading is suggested. Circularly Polarized bandwidth augmentation, linearly polarized (LP) three orthogonal modes are used, where the one of mode is co-operated by two modes which are cross-polarized with the same polarization, in contrary to even numbered linearly polarized modes with four phases. Less restrictions, less complexity, and more design freedom for antennas are some of the benefits. The approach is used to guide the construction of a U slot low profile antennas using characteristic mode analysis (CMA). The U slot antenna, on the other hand, utilizes a second slot mode, at different feeding points different s parameters and VSWR are obtained.
