Summary: | In this paper, the analysis of a coplanar waveguide (CPW) supplied flexible slotted elliptical antenna is discussed. The substrate is a flexible polyamide material with dimensions of 55 mm in length and 40 mm in width and a height of 1.6 mm. The design uses a uniplanar structure with a CPW feed. The flexible slotted elliptical antenna has a 2.58 GHz bandwidth and covers a large frequency range from 1.84 GHz to 4.42 GHz. This covers the frequency bands of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, and 5G applications. The slotted elliptical antenna network and radiation characteristics are discussed in this paper. This work aimed at the usage of multiple bands of the antenna in the same design and to achieve good return-loss and radiation efficiency. |
