Summary:In the new media era, Vlog, as a new short video mode, has rapidly gained wide attention among young people in China since 2018. However, not all Vlogs have significant communication effects on social platforms where massive information is disseminated. Existing research focuses on video production or overall development. There are few factors that affect the communication effect. In order to explore the internal factors, This paper builds a research model based on signal theory, crawls the effective data of Bilibili website for analysis, and finds that: (1) the duration of video will have a negative impact on the transmission of Vlog; (2) The personal reputation of bloggers is positively related to communication; (3) Professionalism is positively correlated with communication; (4) The number of bullet screens, collection and dissemination are positively correlated. Through this study, the purpose is to provide reference for the spread of new media personal Vlog.
