Summary:Track irregularity is an important factor affecting the health and safety of vehicles. Focusing on the risk status of direct inspection with eyes, low level of intelligence and missed detection in urban rail engineering inspection process, Designing an intelligent, automatic track detection device to solve the existing detection methods has important significance. This paper proposes a method to use attitude sensors and displacement sensors to collect data and select the appropriate filter circuit for acquisition of data processed, building on the track vertical irregularity examination to improve the efficiency of the maintenance of the rail works department.
