Summary: | In this paper, a simplified plane mathematical model of integral steering trapezoidal mechanism is established and the functional relationship between the internal and external steering wheel angles under ideal and actual conditions is deduced. MATLAB software was used as the main optimization tool to establish the objective function and determine the constraints. Fmincon function in the MATLAB optimization toolbox was used to calculate the structural parameters of the steering trapezoidal mechanism most suitable for a certain type of ground support equipment, and then compared with the steering trapezoidal mechanism before optimization. It is confirmed that the method described in this paper can effectively optimize the integral steering trapezoidal mechanism. |
