Summary:This work develops an Internet of Things (IoT) response system for housekeeping services to replace traditional paperwork. It conducts a technology acceptance model (TAM) to examine housekeeping servers and managers' acceptance level of the IoT response system. This system can help housekeeping servers and managers understand their work for further consideration in time. This APP expects to respond to the latest condition of room arrangement, reducing paper working delay time, and managers can receive the latest time in a short time. The results and conclusions can be discussed for APP development in the accommodation industry.
