Summary:In recent years, the development of the Internet of Things and AI technology has enabled enterprises to maximize production benefits through data analysis. The correctness of data is very important in the process of AI training models. In the field of industrial manufacturing, the manufacturing and control data of manufacturing equipment are directly or indirectly related to time. In the process of data acquisition, the choice of time source directly affects the results. This study analyzes the reasons that affect the data time, and considers the use of different communication architectures and hardware, proposed the method of extending Modbus, designed Modbus Time for the retrieval time of the transmitted data, the experimental results showed whether the data has the influence of Timestamp on the data, and analyzed the problems caused by the time source of the data.
