Summary:This paper aims to study the virtual simulation algorithm for Internet of Things intelligent manufacturing based on mixed reality technology. With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and intelligent manufacturing technology, virtual simulation has become a key tool to improve manufacturing process efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize product design. By combining Internet of Things technology and mixed reality technology, the aim is to achieve real-time data collection, analysis, and visual display in the intelligent manufacturing process, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process. This study first outlines the relevant background and significance of Internet of Things intelligent manufacturing and virtual simulation technology, then discusses the application of mixed reality technology in Internet of Things intelligent manufacturing, and proposes the design principles and requirements of virtual simulation algorithms. Subsequently, the paper provides a detailed introduction to the design process of virtual simulation algorithms based on mixed reality technology, and explains the algorithm implementation details and system architecture design. Finally, through experimental verification and result analysis, the paper demonstrates the potential application of this algorithm in the field of intelligent manufacturing and provides outlooks for future development.
