Summary:This research study presents a hardware implementation of a "Water Level Indicator with Level Set Motor Cutoff" to address the crucial issue of water wastage and prevent motor burnout due to the absence of water in overhead tanks or reservoirs. The system provides an efficient and reliable solution by indicating the water level in the tank and automatically cutting off the motor when the water level reaches a predetermined low threshold. It consists of several key components, including water level sensors, a microcontroller unit (MCU), an LCD display, and a relay circuit. The water level sensors are strategically placed at different levels in the tank to detect the water level accurately. These sensors send signals to the MCU, which processes the data and displays it on the LCD screen, providing real-time information about the water level. The MCU also controls the motor operation. When the water level falls below the critical threshold, the MCU triggers the relay circuit, cutting off the power supply to the motor.
