Summary:This study integrates the Newton-Raphson method within the PHP framework to offer an easy-to-use loan management solution for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Philippines. MSMEs, which are essential to the country's economy, frequently face financial difficulties such as a lack of specialized instruments and restricted access to loans. This research led to the development of the PHP Loan Solver, which fills these gaps by providing an intuitive user interface for accurate monthly interest rate computations. This paper focuses on practical application, where it integrates a user-centered approach and numeric accuracy so as to let MSMEs optimize their loan structure and perform an informed financial evaluation. It analyzes real-world case studies, possible applications in other financial domains, and a user-centered iterative design approach. This research holds a position where technology meets financial empowerment in a scenario that involves exceptionally easy-to-navigate financial instruments.
