Summary: | In December 2016, the Russian government issued Resolution No. 1401 "On Comprehensive Determination of Indicators of Technical and Economic Condition of Electric Power Industry Facilities, including Indicators of Physical Depreciation and Energy Efficiency of Electric Grid Facilities, and on Monitoring of Such Indicators" [1] (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 1401), which allows electric power industry entities to switch from Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to Maintenance and Repair (MRO) of equipment depending on the condition. |
