Summary:A generalized functional scheme of a family of high-speed buffer amplifiers (BA) implemented on silicon p-n-p and n-p-n bipolar transistors of analog master slice array crystals MH2XA030/031 is proposed. Computer simulation in the LTspice program of four modifications of the BA showed that due to the proposed circuit solutions, slew rate of the BA increases by more than order (up to several thousand V/µ).At the same time, the BA of the considered family can operate at a relatively low load resistance (0.5 kOhm). Recommended applications of the BA are high-speed operational amplifiers and spectrum limiters at the input of high-speed ADCs for digital signal processing systems, including those designed to work under the influence of penetrating radiation and low temperatures.
