Summary:The satellite communication-based air-ground integrated network has become the main architecture for emergency communication due to its advantages such as good robustness, less susceptible to environmental interference, high communication rate, and high bandwidth, etc. However, since the air-ground integrated network is a heterogeneous network, its mobility characteristics are more complex compared with the traditional terrestrial communication network. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an air-ground integrated cooperative scheduling optimization algorithm for emergency satellite communication. By optimizing the resource allocation of satellite communication, terrestrial base station communication, and D2D communication, an optimization in formulated to maximize the sum rate of whole system. To obtain the solutions, we decompose the original problem into the user-associated problem, the time slot resource optimization problem, and the link resource optimization problem, respectively. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a great improvement compared with the baseline algorithm.
